Marvel Comics, commonly known as Marvel, is an American company that publishes comics and related media. The company originally published its first publications in 1939 as Timely Publications and in the 1950s became known as Atlas Comics. In 1961, the name changed to Marvel with the advent of Fantastic Four and superheroes created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko. Famous fictional Marvel-created characters such as Spider Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Doctor Strange and the X-Men and many others all work together in a reality called Marvel universe. Now follow 123moviescom to see how those blockbuster movies look!

Iron Man (2008)

The work that opens the 10-year winning streak of Marvel Studios introduces the superhero Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.). Along with Iron Man is the artificial intelligence J.A.R.V.I.S. However, the star Paul Bettany at that time was completely unaware that he was voicing this project. After this, J.A.R.V.I.S. has been a Vision superhero since Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), and Bettany has the opportunity to appear on screen.

The Incredible Hulk (2008)

In the private Hulk film portrayed by Edward Norton, the audience met Paul Soles as a cameo, a pizza shop owner. In the 1960s, this was the actor who voiced the Blue Giant of an animated version.

Iron Man 2 (2010)

The audience can easily recognize Captain America's shield (Chris Evans) appearing in Tony Stark's research workshop in Iron Man 2. But those who are more eye-catching see Iron Man owns a comic book about Captain America. This is the time when the character played by Chris Evans has not been shown in the film.

Thor (2011)

The producers later revealed the events in Thor, The Incredible Hulk, and Iron Man 2 that took place in the same week. That is a relatively wise explanation when each superhero has to face its own challenge, and they cannot help or interfere with each other's missions.

Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

As early as 2010, the producers of the first film about Captain America wanted Magneto and Wolverine to appear as cameos. However, the copyright issue has caused the intention to quickly dissipate.

The Avengers (2012)

After this blockbuster closed, Robert Downey Jr. asked the chief of Marvel production and design to attach the giant A on the Stark Tower in the movie and was rejected. But a year later, on his birthday, the actor got what he wanted.

Iron Man 3 (2013)

Iron Man 1 and Iron Man 2 have a very attractive soundtrack with powerful, charismatic hard rock tracks. The most prominent name is the group AC / DC when they allow some hits to appear in the movie such as Back in Black, Shoot to Thrill, Highway to Hell, etc. However, to Iron Man 3, the music of the rock group from Australia was completely absent.

Thor: The Dark World (2013)

Marvel Studios logo has now become an indispensable opening in every MCU work. It actually first appeared in the second private episode about Thor (Chris Hemsworth). This is also a controversial project when Marvel Studios decided to change directors, from Patty Jenkins to Alan Taylor and made Natalie Portman (as Dr. Jane Foster) feel dissatisfied. Recently, Christopher Eccleston - who plays the villain Malekith - has repeatedly expressed regret for joining Thor: The Dark World.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)

Captain America makes a strong impression in the second separate episode, and many fans believe that this is the best movie of the MCU. In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America only uses his shield or bare hands. He completely does not use guns like in the other parts.

Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

Bringing the audience to a completely different world in the vast universe, this film introduces the Guardians of the Galaxy who have achieved unexpected success for both observers and Marvel Studios themselves. Behind that victory is director James Gunn. Before that, the producer allowed him to put a few slugs that appeared in the scene at the lair of The Collector (Benicio del Toro). It is a reference to Gunn's previous horror film Slither (2006).

Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)

Scarlett Johansson - who plays Black Widow - is pregnant during the filming of the second blockbuster Avengers group. To hide the star's pregnancy and limit the risk, director Joss Whedon decided to use three stuntmen, and they look really like Johansson. Even Chris Evans once mistook one of them for being Scarlett Johansson.

Captain America: Civil War (2016)

Not only introduced Spider-Man (Tom Holland), Captain America: Civil War also brought a new Aunt May character played by Marisa Tomei. Two versions of Aunt May ago in the Sony series were delivered to Rosemary Harris and Sally Field respectively. Interestingly, Harris, Field, and Tomei have all received Oscar nominations during their careers.

Doctor Strange (2016)

In the original comic book, Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) has a younger sister named Donna. She died of illness when he was a child, and tragedy was the driving force that made Stephen later become a doctor. For the movie version, Lulu Wilson takes on the role of Donna Strange and has done certain scenes. However, in the final film, the details were completely cut off because the production team was concerned that Doctor Strange's time would become too long.

Black Panther (2018)

This blockbuster uses a mostly black cast featuring Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke, respectively as Nakia and M’Baku. They used to attend Yale Drama School together and were only one course apart. In 2012, Nyong’o and Duke went together to see The Avengers outside the theater and were extremely fond of superhero blockbusters. The two revealed at that time they really wanted to join the MCU one day, and that their dream finally came true just five years later.
