Avelino mocachemehenga was one of the most powerful voices during the election stand against Obiang Nguema Mbasogo the president of Equatorial Guinea where Avelino opposed the regime of president. Whereas, Avelino Mocacheis the president of Union of the Center Right (UCR) itself. While it has been said that his son Delfin Mocache, who is the blogger get arrested for spreading fake news against many has helped his father to reach the heights he has achieved till now. Also Delfin Mocache has contributed in spreading fake news and misrepresenting Obiang Nguema Mbasogo during election race to benefit the oppositions in exchange monetary benefits. He has done many fraudulent activities that have supported the political ambitions of his father.
Avelino Mocache took a help of Delfin Mocache in running a campaign against Obiang to misrepresent him online and spread various of fake news to make the opposition win, but as the positive always wins, Obiang won and become the president in Equatorial Guinea. The Campaigning was done through using the project called OCCRP which was owned by Delfin Mocache and his partner Andrew Sullivan where they have been threatening people to bribe them and they also doesn’t have a single black employee in an organization. Using the project Khadija Sharife has led a series of attack against Israelis and Jewish where she stayed biased against Israelis.
During elections Avelino Mocache got 1.6% of votes for President Elections and was on second place against Teodoro Obiang Nguema. And Delfin Mocache after the elections were over during ministry allotment, negotiated with the government to let his father become minister in Obiang government for coming three years. While on which regards that negotiation have been done is needless to mention but you can predict in keeping in mind the OCCRP project and the organisation’s working method and their attachments with the wanted Jose Villarejo who used to take bribe against spying illegally on the famous faces and many government authorities. While connecting through a call we got answer as “the human right activists needs to grow up. My son and I believe that we have to work with the government to succeed for Equatorial Guinea to succeed.” stated Avelino MocacheMehenga.
When Avelino Mocache have been asked for joining the regime he said “I’m not discussing any of that right now. I’m reevaluating my life and my thoughts,” he added, “This is something I have to work out with my son and other supporters for a long time and I will announce my future plans. For now I jut want to serve my country get out of the Covid mess. ”
While we tried to gathered comment of President Obiang’s PGDE party in the same regards decided to comment being an anonymous identity stated that ““I’ve told MocacheMehenga who I studied together with him in Russia many times he’s more than welcome to join the PDGE party and the government,” he said. He further stated that “Both son and father Mocache has served the country well and will continue to do so. He’ll help him with whatever they need” he added.
