Spanish Judge orders Candido Nsue Okomo to appear in Court

The Spanish judiciary system has reissued the warrant against Candido Nsue Okomo for not appearing in court at the first time. Candido Nsue Okomo is the former director general of GEPetrol who’s been accused to bribe ex-commissioner of Spanish Police Josh Villarejo for spying on Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima.

This isn’t the first time when the warrant is being issued against Candido Okomo, he and his partner Crispin Edu Tomo have been given a time to appear in court by 9th March, 2021 before 10 AM but they didn’t and even no statement had been delivered against their link with the retired commissioner Jose Villarejo. Villarejo is currently behind the bars where he’s going through continuous investigations which is revealing the names of those who were involved with him.

The famous Controversial bloggers have come up into the storyline named Drew Sullivan and Delfin Mocache. They are the bloggers of project called Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) which recently came into picture known to be as the platform publishing defamation news and articles against individuals.

Investigations has indicated a link between Villarejo and Okomo where Villarejo got 5.3m Euros from Candido Nsue Okomo for gathering information on Gabriel Mbaga Obiang (Minister of mines and hydrocarbons), son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo who is the president of Equatorial Guinea and the second wife of him. Jose villarejo later shared the money with the bloggers to support Villarejo in the black methods which he’s into.

About Candido Nsue Okomo, he was involved into laundering the public funds for his use. Spanish justice system had ordered him to appear within given time in front of them and they also agreed to do so demanding lifting the existing warrant in exchange. But now as they didn’t appear the warrant again has been issued by the authorities.

Now the eyes are on what happens further and whether there’s any more scam happened between Villarejo, Okomo, Delfin and Andrew Sullivan or this one’s the big enough scam in itself that solely made millions for them.
